Hawaiian Inspired eggs benedict with grilled black pepper Spam, grilled pineapple, and a poached egg atop a homemade Hawaiian sweet roll, covered in tangy, buttery hollandaise

 

Course Two:

Buttery broiled salmon, goat cheese, and arugula wrapped in a scrambled egg roll; topped with pickled ginger and cucumber salad with spicy mayo

 

Course Three:

Moist black sesame tea cake with fresh plums and citrus garnish
